Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 10 business days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items marked as final sale
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders! Since shipping is complimentary, there are no shipping costs to refund. However, please note that return shipping costs (if you need to send an item back to us) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at smuthgloinfo@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping costs.
